This time could vary due to the custom clearance process of your carrier. You are invited to follow the status of delivery by using the tracking number provided once your order is processed.
DUTY TAX
Shipping is DDU (delivered duty unpaid) for all the countries that require custom taxes.
Please check with your local customs agency for details. We'd like to inform you that we do not take responsibility for the packages that are returned due to customs failure or refusal to pay duties. Please kindly note that all related fees such as shipping fee and duties & tax will be entitled to be deducted from your return value. We appreciate for your understanding in advance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can request a return or exchange by sending an email within 14 days of the date you received your parcel.
The cost is USD 60 and it will be deducted from your refund.
To request a return, please follow the instructions below:
1. Ensure the products are in the same condition as when you received them. Boxes, dust bags, and other packaging must be returned with the items.
2. Please send an email with your name and order number to our Customer Service team: contact@toutyest.kr
3. Place the items you wish to return in the product box and the original shipping box, or any other solid cardboard box.
4. Attach the pre-paid return label that we sent by email. Please ensure that your package does not have any other shipping or tracking labels on it.
5. DHL will contact you for the pickup schedule. If you need to reschedule, please do so at https://mydhl.express.dhl/us/en/home.html#/createNew-ShipmentTab.
6. Once we have received your return, a refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original payment. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be issued once your item has been received and approved.
