This collection is crafted locally in Oyonnax, France, known as the “City of Acetate,” using premium acetate produced in the region. Oyonnax has been a center for working with horn, celluloid, and acetate since the late 19th century, developing the eyewear and accessory industries with delicate shaping and flawless finishing techniques that have earned worldwide recognition.

Acetate is a natural material derived from cellulose obtained from cotton and wood pulp. Unlike synthetic plastics, it offers a soft texture, natural shine, and rich color depth, with color evenly permeating the material to maintain brilliance and luster over time. While its quality and feel surpass that of plastic, production is complex and costly, making it primarily used for high-end eyewear frames and hair accessories. Acetate completed in Oyonnax is particularly noted for its glass-like smooth surface, vivid color and grain, and excellent durability, preserving both form and beauty over time.

The collection includes a variety of shapes and sizes, such as barrettes, headbands, and clips, available in three colors: black, brown, and leopard.
